Key responsibilities Develop shelving strategies based on shopper, category, and sales data to improve performance and growth Evaluate planogram effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities for assortment and product placement Partner with internal teams and retailers to deliver data-driven recommendations supported by compelling visuals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in space planning, category management, or retail analytics Experience with planogram software and syndicated data sources Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
