Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics: Utilize schematics, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters to isolate defective components.
• Component-Level Rework: Replace and rework soldered components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to restore equipment to peak performance.
• Calibration & Testing: Test equipment using performance and reliability standards; conducting tests; setting up equipment and apparatus; adjusting, calibrating, and modifying circuitry, components, and parts.
• Performance Verification: Conduct comprehensive functional testing to verify 100% system restoration before equipment returns to field operations.
• Database & Team Continuity: Maintain a service log, track component usage, and collaborate with team members to elevate overall shop efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven Track Record: 1+ years of hands-on, professional experience in component-level electronics diagnostic and board-level PCB repair.
• Technical Knowledge : Circuit Analysis, Electronic Systems, Soldering/Rework, and Equipment Maintenance.
• Tool Fluency: Skilled in operating Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Signal Counters.
• Schematic Reading: Ability to read, trace, and troubleshoot technical schematics.
• Drive & Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality workmanship and technical problem-solving.
