Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and evaluate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Analyze equipment logs and performance data in Excel to resolve issues.
- Guide clients through technical troubleshooting in English and Spanish via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written).
- Technical Experience: Background in mechanical, electrical, fluid-handling, or industrial systems (HVAC, automotive, machinery).
- Data Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and interpreting performance trends.

Responsibilities
Equipment Testing & Troubleshooting - Set up and test spray-foam proportioning systems, pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software troubleshooting.
- Assist with prototype evaluations and quality-assurance checks.
Data Review & Analysis - Review equipment logs, pressure/temperature data, and ratio performance reports.
- Use Excel and in-house tools to identify trends, anomalies, or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with engineers to document findings and improve equipment reliability.
Customer Support - Respond to customer calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Walk users through troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
